This may include name, company, email, market, product category, volume and message details. We use this information to respond to sourcing inquiries, prepare quotes, organize documentation and maintain follow-up records for active projects.
Submitted details are used only for B2B sourcing communication, project coordination, catalog delivery and service improvement. We do not sell inquiry information. If a project requires factory, testing, logistics or packaging support, relevant details may be shared with the operational partners needed to answer the request.
RFQ and catalog inquiry records may be kept while a sourcing conversation remains active or while commercial follow-up is reasonably expected. You may request correction or deletion of business contact details by contacting the Culligan sourcing desk.
We use practical administrative controls to protect inquiry information, but no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit confidential product drawings or private customer names unless an NDA has been agreed.
