These terms describe the basic rules for using Culligan Supply information, catalog requests and RFQ communication. Product data, prices, lead times and certification references are provided for sourcing discussion and may change after specification review, testing confirmation, market requirements or production scheduling.
Any quotation requires written confirmation of product category, target market, volume, packaging, labeling, certification scope and commercial terms. Early estimates are not final purchase agreements. Buyers are responsible for confirming destination-market rules with their own compliance and import advisers before launch.
Catalog files may include preliminary product information. Certification marks, efficiency references and water-contact documentation must be verified for the exact SKU and intended country before public use. Culligan avoids unsupported claims and expects buyers to do the same in retail, marketplace and packaging materials.
Culligan is not liable for losses caused by incomplete buyer specifications, unsupported public claims, unapproved packaging changes or destination-market decisions made without document review. These terms are governed by the commercial documents agreed for each confirmed transaction.
